DELIVERY IS OVERNIGHT BY SPEED SERVICES FOR SMALL PARCELS AND FOR LARGER PARCELS WITH NORMAL PARCEL POST OR ROAD FREIGHT.
RETURNS POLICY:
Damaged items or short deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of collection from the post office or couriers, as the case may be.
Shipping/postage charges are non-refundable.
Non-defective goods may by be returned unused by prior arrangement within 7 seven days in the original packaging & accompanied by a copy of our invoice.
No cash refunds given - replacement orders only.
Postage for all returns are for the customers own account.
